With Marie's guidance, you will work with all-natural ingredients to make an arnica balm step-by-step. Marie will teach you the benefits of each ingredient and how they help you prepare for exercise, preserve your joints, relieve muscles after a session or even relax the body and mind.

Return home with your creation, plus the skills to repeat the process at home!
